Trajtimi i zones eshte afersisht 2.2km qe fillon nga lumi i Durresit e deri ne bashkimin me shetitoren ekzistuese te Golemit. Shetitorja eshte e gjere 6m, per shtrimi e shetitores jane perdorur pllaka terracota. Pergjate gjithe gjatesise se shetitores ehte ndertuar pista e bicikletes me gjeresi 2m, e cila eshte e shtuar me conipave. Projekti i shetitores perfshin sistemin e kanalizimeve te ujrave te shiut, sitemin e ndricimit rrugor.\nPjese e ketij projekti jane dhe rehabilitimi i nje rruge me gjatesi 1.2 km seksioni i te ciles varion nga 1.5m deri ne 5m. Mbulesa e rruges me gjeresi 1.5m eshte bere me conipave dhe eshte rrugekalimi kembesoresh, dy akset e tjera jane rrugekalimi per automjetet dhe jane shtuar me asfalt.\n
