Redevelopment of the Bajze Kastrati Center, New Lot

The project consists of the redevelopment of the central square of Bajza with all its urban elements. The square occupies an area of ​​7898m2, the paving texture is made of carved stone slabs. The implementation project foresees the construction of green areas by combining the placement of tall trees with shrubs and decorative flowers. The perimeter roads of the square are asphalted, creating public parking lots on the side of the road. This project also includes the design of the sewage system, the street lighting project, and the road signage project.
