Contract A includes the following road axes:

1. Tiranë – Hani i Hotit 77.88 km
2. Shkodër -Kukës 138.41 km
3. K/Hani i Hotit – Tamarë Lezhë – Shëngjin – 6 km
4. Ura e Bunës – Muriqan 13.9 km
5. Melgushë (K/Rr.Nr.1) – Mjedë 7.1 km

Contract B includes the following road axes:

1. Tiranë – Hani i Hotit 51.55 km
2. Tirane – Durres 32.5km
3. Durres- Fier 34.2 km
4. Milot-Skuraj-Peshkopi 117.9 km
5. K/Rr.Nr.6 – Dogana Bllade 3.35 km
6. Vorë-K/Rinas-F.Kruje 11.5km
7. Rinas intersection – Rinas – Qafe Kashar 9km
8. Maminas-Hamallaj-ShenPjeter 23. km

The contract includes these main categories of works:

1. Rehabilitation works for other than pavement elements (Rehabilitation works for all road works other than layers) which includes the following works:
2. Construction and reconstruction of drainage systems, culverts, channels, ditches
3. Landslide stabilization
4. Bridge repair
5. Retaining walls and their reconstruction
6. Road signage project, simple and large intersections
7. Urban areas project

Based on traffic data, FWD measurements, and layer depth tests, it is possible to calculate road layers.
