The project consists of the construction of a promenade for tourism purposes, which includes the construction of a pedestrian area, free sports areas, green spaces and service facilities (such as bars, restaurants, fast food, etc.). The construction of several large parking lots at the entrance to the Lungomare is also planned, which will create opportunities for the arrangement of vehicles. The pedestrian area has a length of 500m and a width that varies from 3.5-16.7m. The texture of the pavement of the pedestrian area will be aerated concrete. This project-implementation includes the design of the rainwater drainage system, the design of the underground engineering networks, and the street lighting project.
