Drafting the Implementation Project for the Reconstruction of the Integrated Public Services Delivery Center in Elbasan

The facility is located in the center of the city of Elbasan, on the right side of the “28 Nentori” street, one of the main arteries of the city, near the “Qemal Stafa” Boulevard, which allows easy access for citizens to receive the service offered. The internal surface area foreseen in the project is 246m2, while the external surface area is 744m2 (together with the Atrium). The project-implementation foresees a complete intervention only in a part of the ground floor, as well as the external premises to create suitable surfaces for all the people who will use this service. The project includes the rainwater sewerage network systems, hydro-sanitary installations, electrical installations, air conditioning.
