In this implementation project, is forseen the construction on the existing building plot with a surface area of 2446 m2 . The envisaged building is a 3-storey building with reinforced concrete construction, the floor height is 3.9m. In the implementation project, all other systems for the commissioning of the building are foreseen: electrical system, heating and aspiration, water supply, sewage, rainwater drainage.
